They were rude and basically told me to F off on chat and disconnected when I pointed out that not allowing a person to sign out automatically was kind of shady, even Apple allows me to sign out of another year If I want to. They wouldn't allow me to cancel the auto renewal on a software I was using and I ended up getting signed up for another year of the software that was no longer of any use for me when an email from their side on the final month to cancel ended up in Spam. From the little research I've done, everyone seems to be switching to DaVinci, plus I have had a horrible relationship with Adobe.
